As shown in our last post, there are many different things you can make when it comes to eating cauliflower! 🤯 Here’s a recipe that hits that spot when it comes to a WILDFIT Friendly snack that everyone will enjoy, courtesy of our WILDFIT HQ team member Courtney! 💚 Below are the instructions to make these delicious cauliflower wings today: 👇 INGREDIENTS: - 1 head of Cauliflower - ½ Cup of Coconut Flour (or other WILDFIT friendly flour of your choice) - ½ Cup of Almond Milk - ½ Cup Water - Desired spices (we used chili powder!) - measure with your heart! - Hot sauce of choice to toss in: (We used Frank’s hot sauce, or you can make your own! Again, measure with your heart!) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Wash and cut your cauliflower into small bite-sized florets. 2. Prepare your coating - mix together your coconut flour, almond milk, water, and spices in a bowl. 3. Toss in the cauliflower 4. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit 5. Cook for 15-20 minutes 6. Take out cauliflower and let cool for one minute, then toss the cauliflower in the sauce of choice until coated 7. Put back into the oven for another 15 minutes until crispy 8. Cool and Enjoy!

We have a wonderful success story to share with you today, with our former WILDFIT graduate Lori! 🎓 When having a conversation with Lori, she shared how amazing she felt after completing the WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge. In the beginning, Lori realized her relationship with food was a huge factor in order to achieve her weight goal.
