Matt is a partner in our pensions actuarial team. Matt has been at BWCI for 19 years and qualified as an actuary in 2012. As well as advising pension scheme sponsors and trustees of DB Schemes, Matt sits on a number of internal working groups and has responsibility for guiding our actuarial students through their exams. In his free time Matt coaches a local U12 football team.

MEET RYAN! Ryan is an Actuarial Trainee in our Insurance team. He joined BWCI in August 2021 when coming to the island after completing his master’s in mathematics at university. Outside of work Ryan enjoys climbing/teaching with the Guernsey Mountaineering Club, cooking, and the occasional sea swim when it’s warm.

MEET ELOISE! Eloise started working for BWCI’s Trust team during the Covid pandemic in 2020. She mainly deals with offshore clients and is currently helping out the Blue Riband team too. Outside of work Eloise enjoys horse riding and walks, with the occasional sea swim. During the winter, Eloise knits baby hats and blankets for the hospital. She enjoys ballroom dancing and even represented BWCI in the 2022 ‘Guernsey Dancefloor Challenge’.

Meet Chloe Chloe first started working for BWCI in the Insurance Administration team in 2020 and then realised she really enjoyed the compliance aspect of the job so joined the Compliance team in 2022. She is currently studying with the International Compliance Association (ICA) to complete an Advanced Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering. Outside of work Chloe enjoys gardening, walking the dog, knitting, board gaming with friends and spending time with family.
