Buffalo Chicken Meatballs!
In a bowl combine: 1 lb ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/2 cup bread crumb/, 1/4 cup buffalo or hot sauce, 1/4 cup onion, 1 tsp garlic, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray, roll into balls, and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes!

I bought this hat just because I was pulling weeds and planting flowers today.
I bought flowers, herbs, and vegetable plants because I decided to test out if I have a green thumb or not.
I was using a bucket with a hole in it to fill up Piper’s doggy pool and then had to use my garbage can.
I called my dad and asked him to drop off some hard seltzer’s on his way him from the grocery store (my dad is the real mvp).
I’m going to my parents house for a cookout later because us Eversons loving grilling season!
It has been a really good day so far 🌞 just a reminder to show up as yourself because that’s good enough and try not to get lost in who you think social media wants you to be.

Buffalo Chicken Dip:
(2) 12.5 oz can chicken breast
(1) 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
1/2 cup ranch
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Mix together & top with more cheese, in Wisconsin the more the merrier 🧀

I FINALLY started the new 9 week workout program today and I LOVED the first workout!

-plan out my meals for the week
-make a grocery list based off my meals and what I need
-go grocery shopping and stick to the list
-prep all of my meals
-take before pictures and measurements
-set up equipment (see the control track on my door)

Life Update: it’s been two weeks since I lost my taste and smell (it feels like forever).

Desperate to do anything to get it back I turned to the advice of a 15 year old and TikTok and tried the burnt orange remedy 🍊

January 15, 2018 I started a brand new workout program and joined my first accountability group. I learned about the portion control meal plan and it’s was surprisingly easy to follow.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The workout program was 13 weeks and I didn’t finish in the 13 weeks. I didn’t workout everyday. I didn’t follow the meal plan 100%, but I ate healthier more days than not. I checked into the daily accountability posts inside the group and found motivation and support from the other women in the group.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ended up losing 10 lbs and 13.5 inches and it was the first time I had been consistent. I saw the value of these programs and this community and I knew it could help other women too.

Now, I help other women do the same inside my accountability groups. My best friend joined me a few years ago and she lost 40+ lbs following the same programs, she even followed them throughout TWO of her pregnancies. These are her results from the same program I started with!

I’m baaacckkk! I’m not 100% but I’m feeling better than I was this time last week and that’s progress.

I worked out this morning for the first time in 9 days, which is the longest I’ve gone without working out for I don’t even know how long. I modified, took breaks, pressed pause, and listened to my body, but that movement felt GOOD!

Working out has become a vital part of my day and not being able to has had me feeling all sorts of off on top of being sick. I plan on easing back into things but it feels good to get back into my normal routine again✨

We normally celebrate Christmas Eve in the afternoon with Kyle’s family followed by church service at night with my family. We have appetizers, play games, and watch a Christmas movie (it was the Santa Clause every year for a long time). Any suggestions for a movie this year would be appreciated!
