Buffalo Chicken Meatballs!
In a bowl combine: 1 lb ground chicken, 1 egg, 1/2 cup bread crumb/, 1/4 cup buffalo or hot sauce, 1/4 cup onion, 1 tsp garlic, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray, roll into balls, and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes!

5 Two-Minute Rituals That Make For A Better Morning In 10 Minutes: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Try a breathing exercise in bed: when you wake up, don’t jump out of bed. Instead, practice a breathing exercise. 2. Read an affirmation: take in some positive affirmations via an app on your phone, Pinterest, or a book. Take time to read them slowly and intentionally. 3. Press play on positivity: listen to your favorite energizing song or podcast to get your morning started right. 4. Sip slowly: enjoy your first few sips of coffee, tea, preworkout, or smoothie before you chug it. Savor the flavor and remember the moment before work. 5. Let there be light: pull back the curtains, open windows if it’s warm out, turn on your lights, light the Christmas tree, or light a candle. I wanted to show you what a typical grocery haul looks like for me. I’m a creature of habit and eat a lot of the same foods/meals so it doesn’t change very much week to week. I work Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday this week so I like to get my shopping/meal prep done the day before!
