How I spent my first two weeks home from work: I tried doing a quilt panel when I first got the Bernina QMatic at the end of April. My husband put it together, and I went online to watch videos before the test run. It started off great, and then it stopped. I had set up the first two rows as linked but quickly discovered I needed some key elements. I drove down to ASC Augusta to learn how to use this from the pros. I am sharing this to let you know that instead of making mistakes, you must know when to reach out for help. Yes, it looks messy, but this is what I learned: how to link, create the starting point, and more. And I got it off my frame! There is no ego with me, as I really want to learn how to do this. It reminds me of 1995 wanting to learn how to machine embroider.
