Well it's a busy week that's for sure. My debut album is out on Friday and the Edinburgh album Launch is on Saturday! Been reminiscing this morning about all the hours of creative labour that have been poured into my album, and the untouchable creativity of my collaborators. Figuring this video out was a team effort, and it was amazing to get to work with my good friends Mario Cruzado Faith Eliott and Bartholomew Owl. Lots of trust, dancing and duct tape is they key to making a movie of song. Big thanks to Creative Scotland for making it possible. Anything that Shines is out 6th October!

NEW VIDEO - OUT 7th SEPT I'm so proud of the video for 'Crow' directed by Jayson Turner and out 2 weeks today! Jayson is a former Twitch streamer living in Glasgow, now specialising in real-time computer graphics. During the pandemic he created a series of live-streamed 3D worlds where viewers controlled the show. Similar to a video game, viewers were able to play as characters, create lush landscapes, or simply launch Jayson off into space. The video for Crow is an expansion of this work. "It takes Hailey on a journey through a malleable landscape, able to find herself in an alien garden with dancing mushrooms, or a coral-capped ocean floor, bombarded by sea life. The entire project was composed in TouchDesigner (traditionally used for live visuals) with all models created in Blender. Hailey performed in front of a green screen to a demo version of the project, and the footage was later keyed in DaVinci Resolve." I would like to thank Creative Scotland for their support in this project. Awarding me funding has allowed me to interact with this magical world and share it with you.
