In 2022 I got the virus.... Apart from the loooooong fatigue recovery, one of the main things I noticed was that.... A LOT of my hair fell out 🥺 Handfuls and handfuls, every single day.... The main areas you could see it is around my temples when my hair was tied up and that fact my ponytail was at least 75% more thin...
I really tried to address this and I always maintain these 3 things helped the most.... Manage stress, get enough protein everyday and hydrate your hair!
