It’s been a minute since I’ve released music - and this a really cool song to be a part of with a close friend .moon (Trevor).
To me the songs is about overcoming fear and stress and existential dread. Life is so precious. And there is such astounding beauty all around us. I know it’s hard to see, and it may take a little practice, but it’s here to be loved and experienced. I hope you guys get something positive out it. Thanks for listening.

In other news I’ve been settling into the new flat nicely. Life slowed down immensely, and it’s been giving me lots of time to write new songs. It’s been an arduous process, but it’s because I care a lot and want to get it right. I hope to have new tunes out next year :)

My first roll of Kodak Portra 400. I’m really lucky to have some cool people around me - I ended up shooting a tone of random portraits, and it was refreshing. People are so beautiful.

Today I am grateful for:

- when my cat knows it’s bedtime and give me that look

I FINALLY updated the photos on my Shopify site for my vinyl and zine. AND I LOWERED THE PRICE ON THE VINYL!!! Now only $25!!! I’m trying to sell as much of this as I can in the next few months to save up for my next recording project (it’s going to be incredible). Being independent is fun!

Been trying to re ground myself after finally getting back home.

From a Warm Valley - a collection of songs I wrote last year at my grandpa’s farm in the Shenandoah Valley - is out in the world today. It is no longer mine. It has its own legs, it’s own breath, it’s own life. I hope you enjoy it.
