This is my favorite workout, when I have no time. I have followed Suzanne Bowen also during my pregnancy and her exercises were wonderful!
Don't be mistaken that 10 min is nothing, she is pretty good in making you sweat even for 10 min a day.

Hello moms, how are you all doing? Did you write your New Year's resolutions?
I decided to set mini goals, which I should be able to perform every day, no matter what.
So I this is what I came up with:
1. do exercises for 5 min a day
2. drink 1 glass of water a day
3. fully relax for 5 min a day.
4. eat 1 piece of fruit a day
5. eat once a day portion of vegetables
Sounds stupidly simple, isn't it? But this is also the idea - make small, stupidly small goals, which you want to turn into habits and commit of doing them daily. No excuses! The idea is to not trigger resistance for change from your mind.
Make it stupidly small, trick your mind and turn it into healthy habit.

So true..., so true.... I can not remember when I last ate warm meal and drank warm coffee... I almost became a fan of ice coffee LOL!

Have you ever been in the situation where you are eating healthy and exercising a lot but you can't see any results?!
This can make your motivation disappear.
But DON'T give up! Just remember that it takes time to see results :-)

Sometimes I find it difficult to find time for exercising while taking care for the children, the house and trying to be a good wife and partner for my husband.

I just saw this video and wanted to share here.
It shows a way this girl found to handle bulling. I can see how it helps her to build physical strength and self confidence.
But as a parent I have also a bit of mixed feelings about the time she puts in training - I don't think it is healthy for a child to train so many hours per week.
What do you think?
This is also taking from the playing time, which I think is very important for every child.
