This is an amazing way to use your BED as a home gym :-) Have you tried it already?
From left to right:
1️⃣ 15 repetitions with each leg.
2️⃣ 10 repetitions with each leg.
3️⃣ 20 moves total
4️⃣ 15 repetitions
5️⃣ this is the most difficult, at least 8 repetitions (try to get to 12)
6️⃣ 12 each leg
7️⃣ 8 to 10 repetitions with each leg
8️⃣ 8 to 10 repetitions with each leg
9️⃣ are 20 repetitions each set.
