Yes edamame or No edamame?

I love experimenting, got a frozen pack of whole pods, boiled in water for 5 minutes, extracted pods (my boy joined me and broke the world record of popping the most in one minute 😂), sauteed edamame in our lunch box for tomorrow. Happy ! We’re asking everyone to take part in our Whole Grain Bingo contest throughout September. Participants will complete whole grain actions like:
-eating a product bearing the 100% Whole Grain Stamp
-making pizza on a whole grain crust
-cooking whole grains (like brown rice or quinoa) in broth instead of water
-and much more!
Each completed action earns you a filled-in block on your Bingo card. Once you’ve filled in five adjacent blocks on the card by completing the coresponding challenges, you can send us your completed card for a chance to win whole grain goodies! Get your Bingo card at WholeGrainsCouncil.org/Month

Are you looking to add a nutritious boost to your breakfast? Five vegetables that can perfectly complement your morning meal.

🥬 Spinach: This leafy green is high in vitamins A, C, and K. It can easily be added to your scrambled eggs, smoothies, or breakfast wraps.

🫑 Bell Peppers: Packed with Vitamin C, bell peppers can add color and crunch to your morning omelet or breakfast burrito.
