Yesterday was an incredibly hard day for the SPAZ Movement. One of our biggest fans/cheerleaders was taken from thus earth far to soon on July 3rd at 3am. Yesterday we celebrated his life in the best way possible.... Airplanes, food, and friends. UC was my very best friend. I could tell him anything and I could count on him for absolutely everything. It feels like I am stuck in a nightmare. I know that death is a part of life,I know that everyone has to go sometime. That does not mean someone doesn't still need them here on earth. That does not mean that their presence won't be missed every single day. That doesn't mean that souls here on earth aren't crushed and hurting because the bright parts of their days has been taken away. As the SPAZ Movement begins to mourn and heal we will carry UC in our hearts forever, knowing he believes in us and our cause and will still be our biggest fan. I leave you with this poem written for Charlie West- Little Yellow Airplane You lived your life strong and fast But the lifeline was cut too soon at last You’ll stay with us through future stories As we make new memories in honor of all your glories And if I know you like I think I do We will never be alone as you will always be there too Too many adventures will miss your laugh Too many trips will have an empty spot left One thing I loved about your spirit Was all the joy for travel wrapped up in it A rolling stone is what you were Never letting moss settle or adventures defer I’ll pick up right where you left off Creating memories and keeping the fun aloft Your memory will be as strong as your character Never leaving us and always giving more to remember And though you won’t be here today I find comfort knowing you are somewhere flying your little yellow airplane P💜

The SPAZ Team completed 200 miles in 2 days with 10,300+ feet of climbing! We conquered the Brain Demon and had a complete blast! Thats what this is all about.... being in the moment, spreading love and friendship, and #MovingToLive !
