I am in love with finishing sauces! Such a great add to a meal or cooking. My favs are Paris Bistro and Le Taj.

I have used both on fish and chicken. Veggies and potatoes.

Easy Guac!!

2 ripe avocados
3 tbsps Epicure Guacamole spice
1 tsp lemon juice
Mash together and done!

Takes about 3 mins to make and tastes amazing!

Anyone else struggle for veggie ideas? I need a little flava Flav with mine. Here is a delish way to cook Brussel sprouts. For the ladies this is a great way to support your hormones. Eating cruciferous vegetables!

Tasty Brussel Sprouts:
1. Bag of organic sliced Brussel sprouts
2. 11/2 tbsp Paris Bistro spice mix by Epicure
3. 2 tbsps avocado oil
4. 1/4 cup water

Set oven to 350 degrees

Mix water, Paris Bistro and oil in a bag. Let sit for 5 mins. Add sliced Brussel sprouts and mix well.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes

That's it! Low in sodium, high in taste and nutrients!!

Use as a side with salmon and make it a balanced meal by adding a portion of brown and wild rice or quinoa.

Hi Everyone! Thanks for joining my Real Food Healthy Cooking Page!

I wanted to start this because I know there are lots of people out there just like me who are busy and want to have quick and simple solutions to making meals! Especially ones that taste amazing and are healthy!

I am not a great cook and very particular on what I eat, meaning ingredients. I like Non GMO, organic quality ingredients to fuel my body and others around me with care!

This is why I am now sharing some great recipes and will do some live cooking classes! How fun! I will even do in home cooking classes as well.
