Anyone else struggle for veggie ideas? I need a little flava Flav with mine. Here is a delish way to cook Brussel sprouts. For the ladies this is a great way to support your hormones. Eating cruciferous vegetables! Tasty Brussel Sprouts: 1. Bag of organic sliced Brussel sprouts 2. 11/2 tbsp Paris Bistro spice mix by Epicure 3. 2 tbsps avocado oil 4. 1/4 cup water Set oven to 350 degrees Mix water, Paris Bistro and oil in a bag. Let sit for 5 mins. Add sliced Brussel sprouts and mix well. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes That's it! Low in sodium, high in taste and nutrients!! Use as a side with salmon and make it a balanced meal by adding a portion of brown and wild rice or quinoa.
