A day to celebrate the incredible oceans and marine life found within. Over the years having had so many incredible interactions and memories, never knowing what can happen when heading below the surface whether it’s along the local coastline or further afield.

Earlier in the year one of the most unforgettable underwater encounters was delivered whilst diving with ._ with tiger sharks in all directions to then having a fly by from a curious Whale Shark.

Looking forward to many more hours spent below the surface, more exciting encounters and bringing what’s seen below the water above the surface 👌🏼🎥

The coach…

Not you’re ordinary coach but taking a spaniel along the many trail runs whether along the coast or in the mountain routes is one way of being pushed ⛰️

Recent article in about the benefits of running with you’re dog 👌🏼 Where having Jess a cocker spaniel means that there almost seems to be an endless amount of energy during the runs where so much incredible scenery has shared.

Lanzarote Ironman 2024 ☑️

Incredible experience to take on one of the worlds toughest courses.

Completing the course in 12hrs 19mins. A 3.8km swim in calm blue waters where an Octopus joined briefly, followed by a 180km bike course through the volcanic landscapes with the notoriously windy conditions and heat made it more challenging along with the 2600m of elevation to climb.

Finishing the day with a marathon (42.2km) along the front of Playa Del Carmen being cheered by the crowds during the afternoon heat in a sub 4 hour time.

An unforgettable feeling of crossing the finishing line.

New season…

Coming out of the dark and cold winter training into the brighter longer days ahead of the upcoming season making for some more favourable sessions on the trails and in the mountains 👌🏼

But the extra early morning sessions are always worth it to make the most of being out during the golden hours of the day that also has the best scenery whether it being on the coast or amongst a mountain ⛰️

In the blue…

The most incredible moments of sharing the blue open ocean with curious Tiger sharks, where some occasions they’d appear from all directions.

Looking out and seeing the distinct tiger stripes being highlighted by the sun and then looking down to see a shark coming straight up with only the white under jaw you see 🦈👌🏼

Double trouble…

Incredible spending time beneath the surface with Tiger sharks, whether it being on the reef or in the open blue water.

The more spent with them only leads to more respect to these curious but graceful sharks. Always having to keep an eye out for them from all directions as they do like to test you and keep you on your feet during dives 🦈

Looking forward to plenty more dives with them and the awesome Fuvahmulah Central Dive Center dive team.

When the ocean delivers…

One of the most unforgettable dives, in blue open water with tiger sharks in all directions when a huge Whale shark decides to join the party.

Coming up from the depths for a closer look on what was happening before then heading back out to the blue - disappearing as fast as it appeared.

Nothings guaranteed during a dive but on some dives the most unforgettable encounters can happen 🦈

Looking forward to plenty more dives around with Fuvahmulah Central Dive Center and the many possibilities that can occur 👌🏼

A year of running /

Ascending Yr Wyddfa over the seasons has provided some of the most incredible experiences from golden sunrises over the Snowdonia mountain range with a morning coffee to some challenging below freezing gale conditions which provides a reminder, similar to seas that mountains require respect.

The few golden, clear summits made all the more standard low visibility challenging conditions and early mornings all worthwhile. And always a reminder of how incredibly peaceful it is to be up amongst the mountains at sunrise.

To round up the 12 months with at least one ascent a month, where September had a double in the same day.

The final month - a run from the Pen Llŷn coast to the summit with a distance of 61km ⛰️

Looking forward to sharing plenty more of the scenery, this time from many of the other peaks from around |

Big thanks to .llywelyn & who joined on some of the runs 🙏🏼
