Tinsley performance and I are teaming up to bring you The first pitcher specific strength and agility program ! This program will be on an app and can be done in 20 minutes before your pitching session or any other time of the day.
You do not need any weights or anything in particular besides a band.
This is safe for beginners, young kids, and for advanced pitchers
