I had such an AMAZING time being a guest Fitness Instructor Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort thanks to the amazing collaboration with Fitness Vacation Exchange ❤️. I was so fortunate enough to merge my love of fitness with my love for travel in one!!! I feel truly blessed!
I worked with alot of great people who really laid out the red carpet and made me feel special🥰. This all inclusive resort was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Everyone from the fitness center and staff in general were so friendly and helpful!
I was able to connect with people from all across the world and at many different fitness levels to share my love of health and wellness💛. MANY great conversations were made! This was truly an inspiring trip and I feel truly honored to occupy this platform🥰😍🥰😍🥰. I can go on and on but that's enough for now. More to come💞

Here's a throwback to when gyms were closed😊
As self-motivated as I am, it definitely helps to know people who are about that life as well!! I'm rusty but getting back to doing a little more of what I enjoy definitely gave me those good endorphins that will literally have me jumping around ALL DAY long if I could! 😛.
It was nice to actually record a HIIT workout and show that you can get it in ANYWHERE 💪🏽. I was put on the spot leading this workout but it came together nicely and worked up a nice sweat 💥 It felt good to be in my zone again! Happy, outdoors, and active is me all day😁
We are all here on this earth for each other so let's motivate, inspire, and create! 💛💫💛

In 2021, butts are in. Specifically, butts that look good in jeans. It can feel horrible trying on a cute pair of jeans only to see your backside do a "Houdini" act of disappearance into the denim 😂.
You know by now that working out makes you look and feel great. You may have tried a few exercises to help your b***y look more pronounced (i.e: squats). While squats are definitely high on our list for building a jeans-worthy butt, there's a lot more that goes into making your butt look good in a pair of denim 👖.
