As self-motivated as I am, it definitely helps to know people who are about that life as well!! I'm rusty but getting back to doing a little more of what I enjoy definitely gave me those good endorphins that will literally have me jumping around ALL DAY long if I could! ๐.
It was nice to actually record a HIIT workout and show that you can get it in ANYWHERE ๐ช๐ฝ. I was put on the spot leading this workout but it came together nicely and worked up a nice sweat ๐ฅ It felt good to be in my zone again! Happy, outdoors, and active is me all day๐
