People told me they’d be there at 12👏🏼ON👏🏼THE👏🏼DOT👏🏼 and you guys came to play ZEROOOO games! The line was nonstop and the love overflowed 💖
Thank you SOOO much, to everyone, for your patience (it was a little rough in the beginning 😅), for coming to support, for calling out of work (you know who you are hehe), for hearing about us and trying us out for the first time, for trusting us with your tastebuds, for sharing hugs/smiles/laughter/memories, for creating new ones and for believing in us. Me. I never take any of this for granite 🫶🏼 I do this for you 💛

That one time I was invited to do a cooking demo at the always amazing Full Circle Farm Sanctuary 🤸🏾♀️
We learned how to make (my version of) Pastelón which is a traditional Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 lasagna and how to make a homemade leek vinaigrette for salads 😌
I’ve always enjoyed doing live classes like this. Getting to interact with lovely folks, laugh, learn, explore and E A T! This was a wonderful experience and even better is all the proceeds that were raised from ticket sales to purchasing merch to extra donations- all went back to the residents 🐄🐖🐎🐐🦆🐓🦃🐏🦢
I love teaching people new ways to make food they love or aren’t even familiar with and creating new memories with them; it’s all about community 🌱
Sooooo… I think I need my own cooking show. The camera and I have a deeeeep connection that must be shared hehe 😎
O M G !!! Tell me how quite literally 40 minutes before people would start arriving I noticed my glasses were dirty so I started to clean them and then B O O M they snapped in half 😭 last time that happened I was in the 6th grade. This is going to be amazing!
We invite you to our 7th annual FCFS ThanksLiving 2024 celebration. This is our biggest celebration and onsite fundraiser each year. Spend the day enjoying an all vegan spread, making new friends, and meeting the residents. Help us honor the turkeys as we provide them with a special meal and partake in our pumpkin party for the pigs.
When: Saturday November 9, 2024

Where: Full Circle Farm Sanctuary, 961 White House Parkway, Warm Springs, GA
ThanksLiving is our largest fundraiser of the year, all ticket sales and additional proceeds will go to critical and continue to care for the 100+ residents of Full Circle Farm Sanctuary.
Last year was our biggest event yet, with over 100 attendees, more than 35 silent action items, SWAG bags with valuing $43-$71 and more food, friends and fun that we can capture in words. Full Circle Farm Sanctuary has been offering our signature exclusively curated ThanksLiving SWAG BAGS since 2016 and you won't want to miss out on this year's sponsored by Bitchin' Sauce, we can't wait to share these jam packed bags with you!

Full Circle Farm Sanctuary is located in Warm Springs, Georgia, centrally located to the cities of Atlanta, Columbus, and Auburn, Alabama. The sanctuary sits on 55 beautiful acres bordering the F.D. Roosevelt State Park and is home to over 100 rescued residents. The sanctuary operates 365 days a year, no matter the weather conditions or obstacles.FCFS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is solely sustained by individual public donations. Also, as far as the audio goes… baybeeeee we all about QUALITY over here! The flour I use is some of the best ( ), homemade oat milk with GLYPHOSATE FREE oats ( ), organic cane sugar ( ) and powdered sugar, not to mention I ONLY use grapeseed oil 😌

ORLANDO!!! We miss you 🥹🤍
As some of you know we have relocated to Atlanta BUT we still have so much love for our first home and wanted to make a mini comeback!
We will be in Orlando towards the end of the month and want to do a popup but we need your help! So does anyone have any suggestions for a place we can takeover or partner with, preferably INDOORS?
Thinking the menu will be our famous Mac 'n Jacque with Buku Sauce and our newest edition Trinidadian Doubles with all the toppings! We'd have some desserts too, maybe the Choco-Biscoff and Carrot Cake Buku Jar 😇
Hopefully we can make it happen as we won't be back down until September. Thanks in advance! 🌱

Ok guys… let’s learn you sum new. When we have doubles on the menu one of the topping options is *chadon beni* which is a mixture of garlic, water, lime juice, salt and CULANTRO but everyone always thinks I misspelled *cilantro* or it’s what I meant to write 😅
So now you can visually see the difference. Cilantro and parsley both look very similar but culantro definitely stands out as it’s a long leaf. It’s used a lot in Asian and Caribbean cuisine and it’s personally one of my favorite herbs. While similar in taste to cilantro, culantro has a slightly deeper and earthier flavor 🍃

We’ll have some traditional homemade sauces for you to choose from for the doubles like sweet tamarind chutney, chadon beni (culantro/green seasoning), fresh grated cucumber and extra EXTRA hot pepper sauce 🔥

On todays episode of 🗣️THERE’S FOOD AT THE HOUSE!
Linguine Alfredo with pan seared balsamic glazed broccoli. So normally people make the alfredo cheeze with cashews or cauliflower but I didn’t have any… but what I did have was tofu so B O O M 😎
And honestly, I usually make it with cauliflower buuuuut this was much better. Twas creamier and smoother 👌🏼
This was sooooo damn good. Grateful I have leftovers… for now hehe 😜
