While I was gone for a few days I decided to meal prep all of EJs food! These are some of the things I made. 🥰 Let me know if you’re interested in any of the recipes! ❤️
1. Brown Rice and Quinoa, tofu and broccoli with a soy maple sauce.
2. Gooey Chunky Monkey Baked Oats with coconut yogurt
3. Garlic Olive Oil Pasta with broccoli

What’s for dinner when you have NO TIME?! This dinner was ready in 8 min!!
✨Cilantro lime rice with black beans
✨Plantain and black bean balls
✨Garlic yogurt sauce
The cilantro lime rice came from a packet, the beans were in a can and the plantain balls I bought at . While the balls were in the oven I made a very quick and easy garlic yogurt sauce! You don’t need to cook from scratch every single time.
Protein Overnight Oats 3 Ways
Makes 3 toddler servings
❣️Blueberry Banana
❣️Peanut Butter & Jelly
❣️Banana Walnut
⭐️Ingredients:
3/4 c Rolled Oats
1 1/4 c Plant based milk (We used Ripple Kids)
3 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbs H**p Seeds
5.3 oz Greek Yogurt
⭐️Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
2. Add desired toppings.
3. Store in airtight container in fridge overnight.

🫙Store in airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator
Woah these were sooo good!! Just in time for Decided we needed a little snack before dinner. This toast is a great way for your little to explore different textures and flavors.

There’s nothing better than having French toast for breakfast! This is an extremely quick and easy breakfast you can make for your little one.

Banana Walnut Protein Overnight Oats 🍌
Overnight oats are a quick and healthy way to get protein and yummy vitamins to your little one! ❤️ These sure were a hit!!
Grilled PB&J Rolls

🫙Store in airtight container for 1-3 days
💥Reheat in toaster oven
⭐️Ingredients:
1/4 c Unsalted Nut/Seed Butter
1/8 c Plant based milk ( we used Ripple Kids )
Blueberry Chia Jam
Butter
Bread ( we used an Oat Sandwich bread )
⭐️Instructions:
1. Mix milk and nut butter until smooth.
2. Roll bread with rolling pin.
3. Add thin layer of nut butter and blueberry chia jam onto bread.
4. Roll bread into spiral log.
5. Quickly dip rolls in milk.
5. Add 1/2 tsp of butter to pan and add rolls to pan. Cook on medium/low heat until golden brown on each side.
