Mash 1 banana and mix with yogurt and flour until a dough forms. Kneed dough with hands for about 20 seconds. 2. In a separate bowl mash 1 banana and mix in 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. 3. Flour bench then roll out dough into a rectangle. 5. Spread your mashed banana mixture to your dough. Making sure the entire surface is covered. 6. Using a pizza cutter, slice dough into long strips, about 1 - 1 1/2 inches wide. Roll each strip and place on a greased baking tray. 7. Bake at 350F for 17- 20 minutes. 8. While cinnamon rolls are baking, mix cream cheese, peanut butter and maple syrup to from a thick glaze. 9. Add hummus, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, onions, garlic, avocado oil, italian seasoning, and garlic & herbs seasoning to baking dish and mix. 2. Bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes or until tomatoes begin to burst. 3. While hummus is in the oven, cook your pasta according to box directions. 4. Once hummus is out of the oven, burst remaining tomatoes and add cooked pasta. 5. Add basil and mix until well combined. 6. Enjoy!
