Rainbow Pride Class is Open!!

Join me on June 9th for the most colorful Pride Cookie Class! I'm teaming up with Alloy Brewing Company again to bring you a fun and family-friendly activity for Pride Month! Decorate four large cookies with SEVEN icing colors and even customize what word or phrase to use on the friendship bracelet cookie!

This is a great class for beginners and younger cookie decorators. Kiddos 12 and up seem to be a good fit, but you know your child best. Just a reminder that all kids must be accompanied by an adult!

Easter can be a little tough for those that live the dye free life. Have no fear! These chocolate bunny cookies are iced with cocoa powder tinted royal icing and crushed raspberry powder tinted royal icing. And let me tell you-- that raspberry and chocolate cookie combo is to die for!!

All options will be available tomorrow morning in Anoka! I'll be set up for 8am-noon!

I'll have a few chicks and bunnies on Saturday! These will be all wrapped up for gifting but they are also the perfect 2-pack to share with a friend! Can't wait to see you Saturday!!

I never thought that my kids would ever watch the same cartoon that I did as a kid but Pokémon are just never going out of style! I get so many requests to make Pokémon cookies, but this was the latest set I did for one of my best customers! Of course a sweet girl named Evie wants alllllll the Eevee Evolutions!

I have a confession to make:

I never thought I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE teaching cookie classes! I still remember back to my first few classes where I was riddled with nerves and had little confidence in myself. Now, during class, I'm very aware of how much confidence I have and how much fun I'm having!!

I recently had a class where a student was happy that she took off work to be with us. Then she looked apologetically at me and said "whoops! At least you're almost done with work!" And that's when it hit me-- once I'm teaching a class, it doesn't feel like work!

It feels like I'm hanging out with friends and teaching everyone some fun skills. It feels like bonding over a shared activity. I can't explain it, but I absolutely love it, and I hope to never stop getting to know all of you.

Wanna take a guess on how many royal icing flowers I made for this set?

Often, I will make these elements ahead of time and dry them completely before adding them to freshly iced cookies so the process takes a little longer. But I really can't help myself once I get a vision in my mind for how a set of cookies should look.

Would you be surprised to know that I piped 96 flowers just for this set of 2 dozen cookies?? I never know how many will break or just look a little wonky, so I always make sure that I have a plethora to pull from!
