Do you love bread but hate carbs? Then you need to try this amazing carnivore soul bread recipe that I found online. It’s made with simple ingredients like cream cheese, butter, eggs, heavy cream, whey protein, beef gelatin, salt, and baking soda. It’s easy to make and tastes great with any toppings you like. You can have it for any meal or snack.
Here’s how to make it:
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9x5 loaf pan with butter or lard
Blend the cream cheese, butter, eggs and heavy cream in a food processor
Add the whey protein, beef gelatin, salt, and baking soda and pulse until well mixed
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and done
Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan and slice
I made this bread tonight and it was so good! The only problem I had was that it overflowed in the oven, so next time I’ll use less baking soda and parchment paper.

To make these meatballs, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 16 slices of bacon

The Ultimate Keto Pizza: Cauliflower Crust with Pepperoni and Mozzarella

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of frozen cauliflower florets, thawed and drained
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup of pepperoni slices
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until they resemble rice. Transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a 12-inch circle. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over it. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella on top and arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cut into slices and enjoy! 😋
