Since I’ve not kept a routine in a while as part of the challenge this will be my new routine! This is how I will intend to start and end my day everyday. I will chose 3 non-negotiables that I absolutely will do every morning and night regardless of my circumstances 👍🏾
Create a winning morning & evening routine!
NO JUNK JAN STARTS TOMO!
I’ll do mine & share my results too.. last time I done the test I never had a baby so we’ll see what my age is now 🤣🙏🏾
My results before were 19 years (I was 25 at the time). Which is great! Which meant my health is of a 19 year old, ideally you want close to your actual age or younger.

It’s about where you’re heading, not how long it takes you to get there!
A lot of us are not SICK, we have been POISONED! From the foods we eat, to the water we drink, to the air we breathe, to the products we wash our skin with.
It has been made a difficult task to maintain health, but we are to do our very best day by day to stay as healthy as possible. Making small changes in our homes can go the distance!

Someone has to speak about 💩! It’s such a taboo but it’s an important indicator of what’s going on INSIDE! It's estimated that around 1 in every 7 adults and up to 1 in every 3 children in the UK has constipation at any one time (Source: NHS).
Things to prevent constipation:
🌱 drinking water and eating high water content fruits & veg
🌱 eating foods high in fibre
🌱 avoiding extremely dry foods
🌱 movement!
TIP: add a pink of pink salt in your water to help get things going 🚽
I know when I’m not in the best place mentally as it will reflect in my food choices and habits! Am I eating to live? Am I exercising! Am I waking up early? Am I praying? Am I mediating? All of these things will indicate to me how I’m currently feeling about myself. When I’m doing my best, I treat myself the BEST!
Eating unhealthy foods and adopting habits that go against a healthy lifestyle that do not serve me let me know something is wrong. After all, you are WHAT you eat!
❤️ Remember, our gut is our second brain, 90% of the body's serotonin is produced in the gut.
Eat well to feel well!
Hope this helps!

Use this as a guide! Buying local can be a great combination of organic, economically friendly and nutrient dense produce!
When in doubt, refer to the DIRTY DOZEN and CLEAN FIFTEEN list!
Hope this helps 🌱
I’ve witnessed many people lose hundreds of pounds from being sick! From not receiving sick pay from work, or from not being able to actively go out and run their business! Yes, we all at some point become ill, it’s not totally avoidable BUT we can do our best to limit the frequency and also speed up our recovery process. I judge your body’s ability to bounce back as a good indication of your immune system working for you 💪🏾
During flu season make sure to:
🦠 increase vitamin c & d intake
🦠 carry hand sanitizer with you
🦠 add elderberry and echinacea to your kitchen cupboards
🦠 do regular sinus steams
🦠 keep onions around the house
🦠 stay on top of your healthy eating
🦠 stay hydrated!

Home is where the ❤️ is!
Home is where many firsts happen, I was blessed enough for my baby’s first breath to be had in my home as I had a beautiful home birth! I plan to continue to home school him as really children learn from as soon as they are born, and we are their first teachers! I also plan to make a percentage of my garden edible as I’m an advocate of growing your own food as there are sooo many benefits, both physically and mentally. Step by step I am removing the unnecessary interference from cookie cutter government and thinking and doing for SELF! It’s very empowering 🙏🏾
Thoughts? I personally wouldn’t recommend soy milk but that’s just personal preference. The bigger conversation is that this isn’t the only issue black and brown people have when it comes to food. Collectively we are at a disadvantage when it comes to making healthy food choices and for numerous reasons, which by the way is by DESIGN!
I do my part to educate and empower my community by being an example. We should ALL have equal access to health foods and it shouldn’t have to be a huge financial sacrifice. Healthy eating isn’t and shouldn’t be a luxury— it is a necessity.

As the woman of your family you are the nurturer. Being the nurturer means feeding the family! What you consume, your family typically will end up consuming, so what are you all eating?
I always keep with me my go-to herbs for combating general colds such as echinacea and elderberry, especially during flu season! I also try to limit processed foods within my home, rarely have takeouts and make as much possible from SCRATCH! Having this much control over what I eat removes any doubts or questions about what I’m eating— plus it’s super rewarding!
Tips for cooking at home:
🌱 try to cook in bulk & freeze meals
🌱 use fresh herbs for flavour
🌱 use singular dried spices (mixed spices can add a lot of salt)
🌱 get experimental! trial and error is your best friend.
Hope this helps 🥰

About the chef
Cooking has always been something that I’ve been passionate and enthusiastic about. From a young age I began to show this interest by learning dishes and recipes from my family members and also participating in school (and out of school) cooking classes. I began to take cooking more serious as I started to filter out what my passions were, and I slowly discovered (after many different career paths) that cooking made me the happiest. It felt the most natural and most rewarding. Despite not having any qualifications in cooking, I was still determined that this was the career for me, so I started to do more research into the business and was also taking notes from the inspirations around me and came up with the idea of somehow sharing my food with the world, and that brings me to today. I have been procrastinating for the past 1-2 years on what exactly I want to do with my skills, but I’ve always known I want the world to taste my food. My journey is still very much in full swing and this is the beautiful beginning. I hope you stick around to see it all unfold and be apart of the experience. I have been working and planning my next steps for a while now and I’m super excited (and nervous of course lol) to share them with you all. Thank you for being here and hope to see you soon!
