This was me on set to film this weekend for work. Unbelievable!!!!

If you had told me in my lifetime I’d get to meet and shoot with Jack Carr, I wouldn’t have believed I’d ever have the opportunity to do so. I’m from a small town and never dreamed I’d be where I am today in life, shooting sports, or owning my marketing firm. Never thought I’d have a podcast with over 100 episodes. Never would’ve guessed that my dream career would’ve brought me to meeting, nonetheless, shooting with THE Jack Carr. I’ve met a few “heroes” of mine over the years, and truly, none compare to Jack. He’s so humble, very friendly, I think grateful to get to do what he does, and one of the hardest working human beings I’ve ever met. And that’s what I look up to the most. I appreciate the fact that he’s a human like anyone else, but his work ethic is what makes me admire him more than most. He’s served our country, makes times for his fans, writes like mad, and still makes time for his family and friends. I’ll cherish the memories I made today and am so grateful to Athlon Outdoors for giving me this opportunity of a lifetime.

The infamous Stage #5 from Area 5. Why on earth was this my best stage of the entire match?!? Seriously, out of all my stages, this was my highest in open and overall. 🤦🏻‍♀️ And it’s one of the ugliest performances. To start out over there to the right, you had an open IPSC and a tiny partial with a no shoot next to it that I got 2 Alpha on. Then that stupid mini popper over there in the corner activated a bobbing mini popper that bobbed up and down behind hard cover. Yes, you heard that right. Absurd. Then I lost my balance hitting the closest target at a ridiculous lean angle and had to take another shot at it. Then over to the left, the mini popper activator in the corner over there was hidden behind hard cover, ya know, because it was such an easy shot already 🙄 That activated a bobbing tuxedo target with a no shoot target behind it as well. The low port was where I decided to shoot the bobbing mini popper down since it had a little easier angle rather than an inch and a split second to shoot it. Somehow, I managed to shoot this stage clean (with all of the pickup and extra shots) and I was proud of finishing it without penalties or taking any misses. 🤷🏻‍♀️ U.S. Practical Shooting Assn.
