Today, while out walking in Gosford, I had the most heartwarming experience. I ran into two old friends, one Core Pilates client, and one Pendulum Physio client. Each encounter was greeted with a warm hug, creating a real feel-good moment that highlighted the beauty of women loving and supporting each other π
It's moments like these that remind me of the incredible connections we build and the genuine affection that blossoms from our shared journeys. My heart is so full from the joy and warmth of today.

Priority Booking will be from 8am-1pm for Core Pilates members, if the class hasnβt been filled I will open up the remaining spaces to non Core Pilates members.
Minimum numbers will be required to run these summer classes.

We know how challenging it can be for our wonderful women clients to carve out time for Pilates, balancing dinner time, kids, and homework until you get home. Your support and understanding make it possible for them to enjoy a bit of "me time," and for that, we are truly grateful.

These trainers promise the ultimate convenience with their hands-free design, allowing you to slip them on without bending down. While this might sound like a dream come true, I'm here to raise a red flag π©.
Our bodies are designed to move, stretch, and yes, bend! Regularly bending down to put on our shoes helps keep our spines flexible and our muscles engaged. By removing this simple daily movement, we risk becoming more sedentary and losing crucial mobility over time. It's essential to use our spines and maintain these small but important physical activities.
Let's not trade convenience for our health. Stay active, keep moving, and remember the importance of these everyday motions. Don't buy into this latest trendβliterally! Let's make choices that support our long-term well-being. πͺβ¨

While Graham's off teeing up for his golf game since 8am, I've been enjoying the luxury of having the bed all to myself. π
But now, my stomach is starting to remind me it's time to rise and shine because hunger waits for no one! π³ Time to fuel up and conquer the day ahead. Remember, self-care includes knowing when to hit pause and give your body the TLC it deserves. Happy Sunday, everyone! πͺβ¨
πβ¨ Finding Peace and Gratitude β¨π
Last night, at 10pm, I made a spontaneous decision that turned out to be incredibly meaningful. I felt a strong intuition in my heart that someone out there needed a little extra peace, quiet, and calmness. So, I decided to switch up our Pilates routine for this morning.
Instead of our usual routine, we embraced a slow stretch and release class followed by a Gratitude meditation. It was a beautiful experience, and it reminded me of something important: everyone is going through something. It's a gentle nudge to always be kind and understanding.
The Gratitude meditation holds a special place in my heart. It's a reminder that even in the midst of challenges, there's always something to be grateful for. It doesn't mean we're belittling our struggles; rather, it's about finding moments of joy and appreciation amidst the chaos.
Tonight, as we heard about Princess Kate's sad news, it serves as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life. Yet, even in moments of sadness, we can still find something to be grateful for.
Let's continue to spread kindness, empathy, and gratitude wherever we go. Together, we can navigate through life's ups and downs with grace and strength. π

Eighteen months ago, a brave soul walked into my Pilates class, carrying the weight of fear, loneliness, and battling inner demons. She silently endured the hour-long session, leaving without a word exchanged. But week after week, she kept showing up, determined to overcome her struggles.
