MAKE A BANANA PANCAKE 🎶 Always requested, always satisfying and always a Sunday staple, check out our brand new 🔎 Banana Bread Pancakes on the EvolveYou app 🤤  Full details below:  INGREDIENTS: 2 bananas 1 tbsp cottage cheese 2 heaped tbsp of plain flour 1 medium egg 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 10g dark chocolate cut into chunks To serve: 1 tbsp yoghurt, 1 tbsp nut butter and 30g berries
 METHOD: 1 - Mash the banana with a fork before adding in the egg, a pinch of salt and cottage cheese until combined. Fold in the flour. 2 - Chop the dark chocolate into small chunks before folding into the mixture and add a dash of honey for extra sweetness. 3 - Heat a nonstick frying pan over a low/medium heat, spoon the mix to form small equal sized pancakes. Cook for 3 minutes (watch they don’t burn, turn the heat down if needed) Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 more minutes. They should feel light and springy to touch. 4 - Pair with thick yoghurt, a drizzle of almond butter and fresh berries. ENJOY! *chefs kiss* 👩‍🍳

FOOD 👏 IS 👏 FUEL We will always be advocates of building muscle and feeling strong but our bodies physically can’t do this optimally when we aren’t fuelling it with the energy it needs. We’ve all been guilty of skipping meals, feeling bad if we’ve ‘overindulged’ or even avoided certain foods because we we felt we hadn’t ‘earned it’ in the gym. Reaching your fitness goals doesn’t stop on the gym floor. Whether it’s providing vital energy for workouts, maintaining your hormonal balance or supporting recovery your nutrition is the building blocks of your overall wellbeing.
