If you can follow your program and if you like what you eat, there’s a huge chance you will stick to your training and nutrition 365 days a year, not just 30 or 60 days but all year round. Do it and you’ll see tremendous results. with my wife, DDP waffles and eggs for breakfast (just kidding I made that up) and chicken teriyaki with mixed veggies for lunch.
I don’t make salad always but when I do, it’s because of my wife ☺️
Tortilla-less taco 😋
I swear this overnight oats tastes better than it looks 😋
It’s got:
Almond milk
Cinnamon
Cocoa powder
Chia seeds
Oats
Honey
A little bit of yogurt
Your favorite fruit (apples, banana, strawberry)
This, together with 4 whole eggs is for breakfast (which is usually around 11am)
Find foods you like to eat, make them delicious and tasty and chances are you are more likely to stick to it 👍🏽
After what felt like my 1000th cross knee pushup, I had to finish the set with exploding Spiderman pushups because thinks it’s a good idea to finish a set with the hardest exercise because that’s how Athletes do it (seriously I love it 😂 imagine you are an athlete, you’re down 1 pt in the 4th quarter with time winding down to 30 secs and you need to get the ball back to get your team an extra possession and a chance to win the game you have to dig deep and give it all you got). Athletes have some of the most impressive physiques and if you want to look like an athlete, you have to train like an athlete. Thank you
What was supposed to be a dumbbell circuit training turned into a burpee circuit training ☺️ whatever it takes! It’s always satisfying knowing you were able to overcome an obstacle getting in the way of achieving your goal 😀
I’m a little disappointed in myself, 18 pcs of chicken nuggets at 12 midnight is seriously killing my gains 😂😂😂 I’ve already lost 1 inch off my waistline and what happened last night is definitely going to block my progress. But I’m human, we’re human and things like that happen. What matters is we go on, with a picture of our goal in mind (in my case it’s still Tyler Durden’s abs 😂) to help us push forward when ovstacles get in the way.

I love that I can transform this little corner in the house into a mini torture chamber of a gym 😂 pardon my bad form, It’s the 5th round out of 6 and I was trying my best to do the exercises with proper form.

My experimentation with food has lead me to some of the saddest (salmon and broccoli) meals and some pretty awesome lunch and dinner. The low carb taco and burger were pleasantly surprising while my new favorite, the beef and broccoli fried rice is amazing!
