After what felt like my 1000th cross knee pushup, I had to finish the set with exploding Spiderman pushups because @athleanx thinks it’s a good idea to finish a set with the hardest exercise because that’s how Athletes do it (seriously I love it 😂 imagine you are an athlete, you’re down 1 pt in the 4th quarter with time winding down to 30 secs and you need to get the ball back to get your team an extra possession and a chance to win the game you have to dig deep and give it all you got). Athletes have some of the most impressive physiques and if you want to look like an athlete, you have to train like an athlete.
