The mountain behind me is a volcano, it took us 9km to climb up and then down. Great experience which soon or later I will revisit again. The purpose of living is creating memories that will last as long as you live.
In this picture you would think that I'm somewhere in an exotic tropical country but to tell you the truth this was in France (ParisπΌ). You would have never guessed.
When I started doing fitness shows I used to wonder if it was possible keeping that shape year around, like 6-5 body fat % or lower, if not then at least close. I worked, tweaked my diet and training including cardio. I wanted also to look healthy while carrying less body fat on my body. Although it's not recommended but I knew as long as my energy and mental capacity stays at π― without depriving myself from eating I would be fine. Was it hard? Yes it was but I succeed.
If someone doubts your capabilities just prove them wrong by your work not so much by your words.
Having many skills is great but its disadvantages come when you need to make a choice on what you really want become, this becomes a complicated choice to make it's easy to run in a circle because of too many options.
To someone who's wiser please help ππΎπππ»
If you have a gym partner like this I will say never consider him just do your own things, he is not reliable and will never be.
We humans tend to put emphasis on things we are already good at, instead of working on things that we are absolutely not good at so we can become stronger and better overall
If you are a person like me who never wanted to be comfortable it sounds great but just take into account that you will celebrate more failures than triumph, yet your head stays up and move on.
I personally don't drink coffee but that doesn't mean I'm better than you or you are better than me. As long as you are not using substance that is a danger to your body. Remember The body is a smart mechanism that lives on its own. The way you can destroy it is by not taking care of it.

If you still have arms and legs you still have a chance to put up a good fight in any situation in life.
You got to believe in yourself, believe in your work and don't pay attention to doubters.
Your goal shouldn't be to look like me but to become the best of your own version, cause I'm still working on my best self.

It's important to have nutritional knowledge to know what to eat and what not and for what purpose. Yes I train hard but without fueling the muscles with what it really needs to be where it is throughout the years I wouldn't be where I am. Knowledge is power! π―
Don't be scared of the vains fam... it's a part of me. I'm Flexing because it's Friday it's weekend looking forward to fly π« on Sunday. I have heard about your suggestions regarding my hair. It's coming but I had to trim it down today started to get out of control.
Traveling through Indonesia was fun but wasn't easy if you are a fitness guy like me. And that's because lack of gym access and not able eating as regular to maintain size but the view and experience I got I can't change it with anything. Now that I'm in Europe and it's October the cold π₯Ά is starting to creep up slowly I'm feeling like going back again.
I'm posting these pictures because it's almost time for me to continue my traveling. Next stop in 3 days will be back to the Netherlands, and will stay there for a little bit and work on a couple things then we shall see where I'm going after that. I have had an amazing time in Romania training my guy, giving him the transformation he was looking for. From now he will continue that fitness lifestyle journey on his own now he has acquired the tools for it.
I thank him for being consistent and determined to do whatever it took to reach his goal. Not only did he get his dream physique but he also stopped drinking during the week and if he drinks on weekends and it's controlled drinking. And he also cut his smoking in half ππΎππΎππΎππ
You can wish or hope as much as you want, but if you don't put in the work or create a strong plan, and this applies to anything in life, your results will be nothing but spinning on the hamster wheel.
I was thinking to start posting my acting skits videos here but I have noticed my videos aren't getting much love as my pictures does. Probably I would just keep it limited to Instagram or other platforms. Hope everyone is having a great weekend ππΎ

Your positive changes have an influence on another person this could be your neighbor or friend. So by definition we all have an impact on another person whether you like each other or not π€·πΎββοΈ... Cause no one likes to stay behind when others are marching forward. βΌοΈ
No matter where you are right now your goals should always be to better yourself. This could be through affirmation, reading, studying, fit and wellness activities, yogaπ§ββοΈ.. Etc
Most importantly you need to build a solid control over your bad habits that are not helping you π―... This might be drinking, smoking unhealthy diets, laziness etc..

Personally I'm not really into flexing but this was one of those days were I felt different 100% charged physically and mentally empowered that nothing could go wrong. Wish everyone a great and a strong New Week ahead.

This picture was taken during my first week in Bali, despite that I had a great time but it didn't start well at all. Let me tell you what happened;
1st. I broke my phone at this beach after this photoshoot and I didn't know how to get back home.
2nd. I lost my credit card right after I deducted money to fix the phone.
3rd. Then I also lost my debit card which was internationally usable.
Overall it took me almost 4 months to get everything back. Although it was a frustrating experience and almost convinced myself that Bali wasn't for me yet I managed to stay another 4months after that.
The moral of the story is always stay positive even when things don't go your way fam.
If your happiness doesn't show externally it means you're not happy internally cause inside reflects the outside unless you are a professional in faking.
Nothing wrong with having a strong character but it should come with self-awareness, which will allow you to learn and also teach. Correct me if I'm wrong ππΎ
If you can't prove those that told you, you don't have what it takes with your actions then you no different than them. Let me know if I'm wrong?
