Poppi decided not to be an asshole dog today. His run cracks me up.

This little girl had been reported as being dog aggressive which wasn't a surprise with her injuries. She licked one of my dogs through the kennel so we decided to dog test her with Ugly. She passed with flying colors. We believe she was getting an at-home ear crop when she screamed. This caused another dog to attack her. The one ear is completely straight. That's not from a dog. She has bites on the opposite side. The ear, neck, and muzzle have bites. It's sad how often crop jobs are done at home. She is 4 months old. She's super chill and the perfect puppy. She potties outside only. She doesn't wake her foster up during the night. She isn't destructive. She is a great cuddler. She gets along with cats and dogs. She's perfect on her walks. I honestly think this puppy had a good life and the owners made a bad decision about the crop job. She will need an exam and fecal. Plus another set of shots in a few weeks. Here is an example of why the fence is desperately needed. Poppi is very special. This was last night. Side note I sound much more redneck since moving to Mississippi. We've had $1,710 donated thus far. The next $350 will be matched!!!!! We need help fundraising for the fence. We have friends coming up Friday to help. We need to raise $2,500. While this is a lot of money, it will allow more animals to be saved. And our current animals to remain safe. I can also finally bring the pigs from Louisiana. So far I've had to be very particular with dogs on the property since there's no fence. Poppi has figured out that he can escape. One day he was gone for a day. Moonpie got spayed yesterday. Tying her down for the vet to operate made her leg sore. She's scheduled to see Dr Mauterer Monday. Would anyone sponsor the $200 exam fee? Avery, Gremlin & Fish Legs

Squeaker & Sweets had their last Mississippi run this morning. Gremlin is Squeakers sister. Gremlin is mostly feral. She will probably regress after they leave. She loves Satchmo so hopefully that'll help. She will eventually become a stronger dog without them. Squeaker, Sweets, & Rinka will become New York dogs. I'm super thankful for this opportunity. I will miss Squeaker. She's such a sweet happy dog. I'll post individual photos later.

Three of the hoarding dogs are leaving next week for northern transport. They've learned they can fit in the spaces in the fencing. I'm hoping blow up cones will keep them in the fence. I think I need one more. They cannot resist chasing rabbits. Gremlin is staying for now. She's mostly feral. I assume her confidence will leave once the others leave. Moonpie loves to roll in the nasty yard, especially when wet.

I've been working with Willow with a few dogs at a time. Today was three pei and a small dog. It's big as Poppi has been reactive to her in the past. I reassured her when she would get fearful. She could care less about small dogs even when they're being an arse. She's even tried playing with ugly. She likes to fetch. She loves running in the yard. Her only issue will be food aggression to the dogs. I think the trainer will be needed. It's not something I can correct. She's getting fixed at the end of the month. She's getting nervous energy as she needs more exercise. There's a reason I have lazy dogs. She prefers to walk glued to my right side. You can see where she previously had a collar. She's gaining weight. She'll make someone a great dog.

Today is Margot's last day with us. The dogs will not be sad. She has puppy energy. Squeaker and her feral sister, Gremlin, have been joining our walks.

Early in this morning's video multiple large deer cross the driveway outside the fence. Only two dogs noticed them and I think they were both shocked. The deer seemed equally shocked. Moonpie loves to chase the small critters out of the yard. You can see her pain after she ran after the deer. She needs rimadyl 75 mg if anyone has any. I need to post estimate from chewy.

The dogs were confused by the wandering basset hounds. They obviously aren't in their yard again.

Would Anyone adopt this lovely kitty? He's super friendly. He comes up to everyone at Walmart. I just watched a group of arshole teenagers chase and scream at him. He's been neutered. The employees feed him but would like him to be in a home.

Anyone want a super social dog? She'd be the perfect dog park and day care dog. She wants to play so bad with the dogs. She learned to not eat poo so far. She's done really well pottying outside.
