Happy 4 year wedding anniversary Maggie Capshaw!
Words alone cannot express how grateful and blessed that I am to be married to someone as amazing as you are!
Thank you for being an amazing Mom to JAC and thank you for everything you do for me!
I can’t wait to turn this 4 year anniversary into a 40 year anniversary, and I can’t wait to see and experience what amazing things we will encounter along the way!
I count my blessings everyday knowing that I am lucky enough get to have you as my wife!

Here’s my new Let’s Talk! Media LLC. post!
“No matter how a situation develops, it’s your attitude that determines the outcome!”
This saying pretty much explains itself, but it is so true!
You’ll constantly be faced with different situations in life and no matter how that situation goes, your attitude is what makes your outcome!
Example, instead of getting mad or upset about a situation, maybe you can take a different approach to it and laugh about it, or realize that it’s not that serious and you have no reason to freak out!
Who knows, maybe your different mindset might make you appreciate that hard time because maybe it taught you a life-lesson that you needed to learn?

In this video I do some of my favorite functional weight training exercises after my usual one mile run of course! 🏃🏻
I love these types of lifts because they do help me function better at work, in life, and especially when I’m playing with my boy JAC!

Andrew sadly passed away from a rock climbing accident in October of 2021.

This weekend was just what I needed to re-charge mentally!
I ran two miles at the gym!
JAC got an open spot again at for soccer! 🥅 ⚽️
JAC got to see his Grandma Mami and Grandma G!
I got to see my Goddaughter Zoey! 🥰🥹
And the best part was, JAC went to his first Cardinals Baseball game and he LOVED it! ♥️⚾️🏟️🧢
Weekends like this make me realize how truly blessed my life is!

Happy Father’s Day!
I’ve had an amazing Father’s Day so far!
My new Til Valhalla Project shirt came in, my new business shirt came in, my new business cards came in, my new hoodie came in, and now all I have to do is wait for my new bumper sticker!
