Bro Day Gym Day! Here’s my new Let’s Talk! Media LLC. Workout video! In this video my best buddy, Joe Layton and I hit the gym HARD before we went to Cards game with our Wives last weekend! In this video we ran a mile, hit the heavy bag, then hit the weights! We even did the kneeling tricep pulldown technique that @Jay Cutler uses, and we even made sure to flex out our tricep and squeeze/flex as we came down with each pump technique that @Mike O’ Hearn uses! Let me tell you, mixing these two techniques together that two of the worlds greatest body builders came up with is why you see the results they have! It hurt but felt amazing at the same time! I even think I now prefer to do my tricep pulldowns from the kneeling position because I really felt it in my back! I really liked that ORB I had that surrounded my punch! I liked how my punches seemed to move and flow around the bag really well as well! I’ve been on a regimen again of making sure I do heavy bag work after my cardio session to help loosen me back up and to help build up my muscle tone and work on my fast twitch muscle fibers as well! I can feel the difference and benefits ever since I started this regimen again! The best part is, I can keep making videos on my heavy bag work for you all to see my fitness journey and progress! I want to thank God for giving me the ability to be skilled in Martial Arts 🥋 so I can protect myself, my family, and teach those who want to learn to find themselves through training! I had an amazing date night with my one true forever Valentine, Maggie Capshaw! I say Valentine because I’m late on my Valentines Day post! Oops! 😅 I love every moment that I get to spend with this amazing woman by my side and I am truly blessed to be able to spend my life with her! 😇 Thank you for being the amazing person you are, and thank you for being the best Wife ever to me, and THANK YOU for being the BEST Mom to Jac! Never forget how much I value you, appreciate you, and love you! 😍 We both saw the Bob Marley movie Bob Marley: One Love and it was a great film! There were a lot of messages in this movie but I think the most important message is, live your life with peace, happiness, tranquility, understanding, forgiveness, and most importantly, live your life spreading “One Love” because in a world 🌍 full of hate, showing love to each other makes a much bigger difference than we think! ♥️ Just look at Bob Marley’s influence with his music 🎵 🎶 and the differences he made if you want an example!
