Photo was post yesterday’s shoulder day but I didn’t wanna post ANOTHER b***y picture so giving y’all a different kinda hump 😝

This reverse is taking forever and with my time I will be taking off come July, my goals are to bring up my shoulder again as well as continue to build this b***y and hamstrings. Have a lot of work still to do and although I would love love love to be eating more already and building tons of muscle, slow and steady always the way to go especially if your goal is to minimize fat gain while building muscle. Besides I’ve had my fair share of not sticking to my macros as I’ve mentioned lately. Staying on track with nutrition still, workouts have been good and overall I’m feeling good!

Workout felt gewwwwd this morning! af rn! Been a little roller coaster lately but we on it 💯 and feeling good! Only have so much time to put in 100% effort before I will be out of the gym for awhile so it’s go time, no more playing around....put it out there so gotta stick to it.

Hey IG fam! Poppin in to say still here, still doing weerrrrk... been MIA and as I’ve mentioned recently been trying to get back into my routine with nutrition and workouts. While workouts haven’t necessarily been an issue, my diet on the other hand has. Not gonna lie, I’ve been struggling, getting back on track only to fall back off. This is reality! It’s not always perfect. Success isn’t a straight line, there are bumps in the road, we have our highs and our lows. The biggest thing IMO is to just keep trying, eventually you’ll fully get back on track. BUT don’t give up! Don’t say screw it just cus it’s hard, or you’ve slipped up or even feel so far off path. All giving up will do is put you even further off path to your goals so keep going, keep pushing! Happy

Haven’t been too consistent on here but that’s life and tbh just been trying to fully get back into a routine still. Have not had this problem in forever so it’s frustrating to say the least but I have been getting in the gym, getting my workouts done and trying to adhere to my nutrition. I’m trying but I know I can do better. I’m human, it happens! That’s it! Hope you all have a beautiful and productive day and if you too have been struggling know it’s not the end of the world, try not to stress and just do YOUR best. Keep moving forward ⏩you got this!!🙂

Happy Friday! Trained theee gloots this morning. Been having issues with my hip flexor which has been annoying the flip out of me but just tryin to keep trucking along doing what I can. Also think these might be my new fave leggings/joggers as they are nice fitting and definitely flatter the b***y- win win. Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Made it to the gym later than normal but made it so that’s all that counts. Have something coming up that will put me out of the gym for a little while so goal rn is to stay on track with nutrition 💯 and not miss any workouts. Today’s workout wasn’t the best but something is always better than nothing unless of course your body is saying no, in that case always listen to your body. Have a beautiful day loves!

Good morning ☀️ & happy ❕Haven’t been on here much lately as I kinda felt I needed a little break. Still been getting in my workouts and nutrition has been ok...fully back on it but last week and Easter it was hit and miss🤷🏼‍♀️May have eaten too many chocolates (ice cream and chocolate ❤️-I have a sweet tooth😏). Just wanted to come on here and talk about goals and support systems. It is so important to have a support system whether that be friends, family, husband, wife, etc. when you are working towards a goal. I am very fortunate to have a husband who supports my goals and helps me reach them (he food prepped for me😊). But it’s not always the case for everyone. I know that there are people in my life who question my choices or who comment on things I do which can get annoying at times and let’s be real, also stressful. The feeling of even thinking you have to answer to anyone about WHY YOU choose to do what YOU do for YOU. 🙄At the end of the day, you don’t have to answer to anyone and that’s okay. They don’t have to know why. They don’t even have to understand. This is your journey, your goal to reach...so just stay focused and don’t let what others think, say or do affect your choices in order to reach your goal. With this said, I will not be enjoying turkey day foods with my family. Instead I will be having my prepped food because yo!

Can’t end the day without a post... 2010 after doing fad diets and at home exercise dvds on and off ➡️2012 to creating and doing my own at home hiit workouts consistently but eating extremely strict and not enough food for my body/goals ➡️2017 being in the gym for 2.5 years consistently following flexible dieting/macros & key- eating enough for my goals. Following flexible dieting has allowed me to have a better relationship with food, not thinking of food as “bad” or “good” but as FUEL. Making sure I get in my micronutrients through nutrient-dense foods while also enjoying goodies. No restrictions and no guilt! .

Back & boulders annnnnnd I stretched and rolled 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 😂seriously though, I did a good 45 mins -1 hour getting my rolling and stretching done which I almost always skip🤦🏼‍♀️I'm feeling sooooo good rn except I am starving! Somebody please bring me foood! Jk jk Hope you all are having just as fabulous a Thursday as I am and if not, change your mindset and make it a better day. Swipe for some leg day clips. For the banded exercises, key is to press out against the bands during both eccentric and concentric portion of the exercise to maximally engage and work the glutes. Check for more about this... Also did walking lunges and seated abductions.

Back day went a little somethin like this-
Pull Ups, T-bar rows, Lat pulldowns, Seated Cable row, Single arm seated cable rows, Incline bench unilateral lat pulldowns, rear delt cable flys then added some bis & tris to finish. Almost slept in and skipped the gym, glad I didn't! 😊Happy Monday!

205x10, 225x8 (missed this last week), 245x6 (did not like my form). I lowered to 235 after (not on video) and still wasn't happy with form. By the last set of 235 though, my body was tired. Next week I will try for 235 again. As for the 245, that was a push. I told myself at first I couldn't then I changed my mindset and pulled it. All rack pull sets today- 135x20, 155x15, 185x10, 195x10, 205x10, 225x8, 245x6, 235x6 ...then moved on to bentover row @ 95x20, 110x15, 125x8, 135x8x2. You see in first clip of BO Rows, did 2 reps then re-racked but completed all 8 reps- my dumb bracelet was digging into my wrist with my straps. Moved onto pulldowns and cable rows then cardio. That's all folks! Who else trained today and what did ya train? I wanna know! 😁✌🏽

Decided to post today instead of tomorrow my for week 4 of reverse dieting. Abs aren't as noticeable without flexing but that's okay. Still maintaining some leanness and weight hasn't moved too much so👍🏽. Also finally tan thanks to cus for a minute there I was looking like a 👻- BOO! Otay, das it! 😊

Clips from today's squats with 135 for 4x6 focusing on form. These are my 2nd, 3rd and 4th sets. Didn't film the first set and yes, video is sped up to fit IG as I did not want to hassle with IG to post the videos separately with the swipe option (which I actually prefer). Even though the video is sped up, you can tell my reps were controlled.

Goood morning 👋🏼 Woke up this morning and hit the gym but just wasn't feeling it. My body was tired, I was mentally tired, I just felt so drained. I started my workout and was just like NOPE🙅🏼not happening. I am not very good at listening to my body and I am always push push push (I'm a stubborn one) but today I did. Today I took my own advice. Going to take a rest day and focus on recovery. Hope you all have a beautiful day!
