Hey IG fam! Poppin in to say still here, still doing weerrrrk... been MIA and as I’ve mentioned recently been trying to get back into my routine with nutrition and workouts. While workouts haven’t necessarily been an issue, my diet on the other hand has. Not gonna lie, I’ve been struggling, getting back on track only to fall back off. This is reality! It’s not always perfect. Success isn’t a straight line, there are bumps in the road, we have our highs and our lows. The biggest thing IMO is to just keep trying, eventually you’ll fully get back on track. BUT don’t give up! Don’t say screw it just cus it’s hard, or you’ve slipped up or even feel so far off path. All giving up will do is put you even further off path to your goals so keep going, keep pushing! Happy #humpday

Clips from today's squats with 135 for 4x6 focusing on form. These are my 2nd, 3rd and 4th sets. Didn't film the first set and yes, video is sped up to fit IG as I did not want to hassle with IG to post the videos separately with the swipe option (which I actually prefer). Even though the video is sped up, you can tell my reps were controlled. #lorisilvafitness #cpt
