Catalyst Kids Ministries

The cost is $30/couple and covers lunch and childcare is provided. We have a highly accredited speaker who has a PhD and extensive knowledge and experience in psych, child development and she’s also an AG credentialed minister with decades of pastoral experience from kids min, youth, young adults, and family care. Dr. Charity Anne Kurz.

This series will help parents broaden their scope of knowledge on key development stages on the identities of their child, how God designed them, and real life tools and applications to help kids/teens at all ages sort through their God given identity when culture is opposite.

Today is the day!! Wednesday night adult services resume at 7pm! Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries resume.

The back to school bash kicks off the Wed service season with water play and ice cream for preschool-5th grade (nursery is open). Kids should bring swim suit/dry clothes, towels, water worthy shoes (crocs, water shoes, sandals).

Youth will be hosted at the Thompson's house. We will miss our newest 6th graders, but know the Thompson's are the best hosts around!

Exciting News for Catalyst Kids!
The Wall of Merit is here! Every month you can confidently say the memory verse without assistance a Catalyst Kid can place a clothespin with their name on the board. Each quarter we aim to highlight 3 kids who’ve been up on the board the whole quarter and let them recite a verse during service (live or via video). At the end of the year, all kids who’ve merited 12 months gets a special prize!

Should someone need a ride to the Thompson's please let Pastor Matt know so that we can have someone available to take you over there. Otherwise, youth can just be dropped off to the Thompson's as ususal.

Father Son Canoe Trip never disappoints! We at HRC know that many people can be a father figure in a young man's life so we welcome brothers, a monkey's uncle, grandfathers, coach, etc. Bring lunch money as the group stops to eat lunch together afterwards. It's wise to pack a water bottle, change of clothes, watershoes/sandals/crocs, sunscreen, and a towel.Registration is required!

Fifth Grade Intermission Class of 2024! (Those are our Catalyst kids who have just completed 5th grade and will be entering 6th this coming Aug.)

We are meeting at the church at 12:30PM on Sunday, June 23 for our big celebration!

We will be walking across the street to the Wilson’s house for an afternoon of lunch and swimming.

Parents can pick up at the Wilson’s House at 3PM - 35873 Lorain Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039

Bring a swimsuit and towel!.

Reminder:

We are having a year end Pool Party for Intermission students this Sunday, June 23rd 12:30-3 at our home 35873 Lorain Rd (across from the church). Intermission students are outgoing 5th and 6th graders that attended at least 1 session. If you came this year, you are invited to join us! Bring a towell and a swimsuit. We will play kickball as well. More info to come for next year starting in the fall.
