Week 2 of How To...We learned that Jesus taught us How to Love our Enemies. Your kids engaged in some real talk about how enemies can be good people who made poor choices (in essence they could have been someone's enemy) so we can have grace for enemies. We talked about sometimes enemies are harmful and we need to forgive them and love them, but we do not need to have a daily relationship with them. Some complex thoughts to have! We hope you get some great follow up conversations around your dinner table =)

Get ready Catalyst Families! 2023 is loading and we are hitting the amusement park on Sunday! This new series called Measure Up is focusing on Jesus' early life and Ministry! “When I’m older!” “When I’m taller!” Every kid is excited to grow up — even if it’s just to finally ride that big kid roller coaster they’ve had their eye on. This five-week series is about another kid who grew up — Jesus! Through stories from Jesus’ early life and ministry, kids will learn five important truths to help them continue growing: God guides us to safety, we can love God with our actions, we can follow Jesus, God makes us ready at the right time, and God's words help us make wise choices. We can't wait to see your kids there!
