It’s #training Tuesday and I’m pretty proud of this accomplishment! A year ago I sucked at push ups!! I couldn’t even do 10 modified push ups! I refused to let pushups kick my ass though and I kept at it! At the beginning of this year I set the goal to do 10 push ups and I hit the goal!!! Thank you @trainertom for working with me and inspiring me to excellence! 💥 Time to increase to 20 push ups! 💪 Slow and steady wins the race my friends! If I can do it YOU CAN TOO!!
