Who knew there was such a thing as divine feminine and divine masculine energy and even it could be wounded energy too. I personally had to view this as I stepped into a new relationship and discovered I was a little out of balance to say the least and not only that I started to become aware of my clients who were living in their outer balanced self too. Post Traumatic Stress is real and yes i believe emotions which are stored can be brought up and released through allowing and giving yourself permission to trust yourself to fall in love once again. . I know so many people who say never again and spend the rest of their lives holding back from receiving love again. How the hell do you feel you’re going to heal and work through the layers of the wounds if you do not expose them to the light. . Trust yourself you are a better judge of character now, whoever or whatever you once were you are no longer. Every emotion and experience you have experienced has brought you to this place and believe me I know it’s not easy but you did it so give yourself around of applause and know you are the warrior and no longer the victim. . It’s tough at times but my god surely it can’t be any worse than being in a toxic relationship. And let me tell you this I take full responsibility for engaging within my toxic relationship because the minute you become aware that’s the minute you step away. I took small steps each day I became financially independent and that became my key to my freedom.
