Daily Life Habit #3 - Joint Mobilty🤸🏻♀️. Get yourself moving out of bed in the morning! I have had this habit of moving my body when I wake up to get the blood flowing throughout my body. Look all it take is at least 10 minutes of your time to treat your body right and get ready for the day. Joint mobility helps the body get the blood circulating, wakes up the tissues between your joints, creates a lubricating liquid for your tendons and fires up endorphins in the body to make your brain feel AWESOME🧠.
