Our yogis last night set intentions and washed away all the external factors that needed to be released from their day so that they could allow a cleansed space for everything good that was coming their way. Nothing better than a blissful Full Moon yoga class led by our leaders marinaboura and Chelsey Hoffner to do this. At the end of class at both locations yogis are treated with refreshing essential oil infused cool towels to refresh and help with the mind cleansing process! This delightful treat will be provided after every full moon yoga class at Thavma.
