So lovely to be included in this exhibition for the British Island Communities this week…….🥰

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately as I’ve been working on a huge pot called “BRING THEM HOME” about the poor hostages who are being held against their will. Whatever your view about this terrible situation we mustn’t forget that these smiling faces are also innocent people caught up in this dreadful war.

These are ceramic posters which will hang from the main pot which (sadly) has many, many more smiling faces on its surface😥

I had a really fascinating and enjoyable day at the Dacorum and Chiltern Potters Guild Potters Open Day. Some fabulous demonstrations from Dylan Bowen and Imogen Taylor Noble together with a fascinating talk from Clare Twomey. Thanks to the team at DCPG for producing such a great event🤗

I’ve just had a fabulous few days making a Windsor Chair at The Windsor Workshop in Sussex. It was such fun with a really lovely group of fellow chair makers. Back to the island on Monday ready for even more fun at Grenaby Studios….🇮🇲

The pile of **** (obviously the word I’m looking for is c-l-a-y😂) that I posted last week actually morphed into a lovely table centre…. with internal lighting!!! It’s amazing what 1240°C can do!😂
