Muje to nimbu aur namak me marinade Kiya hua cabbage bahot hi pasand aaya.

To make kheer more flavourful and delicious I always like use to home made saffron, dry fruits ( almond, cashew, pistachio), cardamom, nutmeg mix powder.

Black berries smoothie.

It's near to end of British summer and lots of black berries , sweet apples and pears are ready to pick.

On the way back to our morning walk me and my hubby picked lots of ripe and juicy wild black berries.

I made smoothie , black berry custard cake and juice .

Taste of rice remind me our Norwich trip where we had Korean rice and noodles at local market.

High protein pizza recipe 👇

Quick easy and helthy recipe.

1. 2 tbsp chickpeas flour
2. 2 tbsp soya flour
3. Salt
4. 50g paneer/ tofu
5. Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
6. Onion, capsicum, spinach
7. Oragano
8. Chilli flakes
9. 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
10. Water as required
11. 1 tsp oil

Mix chickpeas flour, soya flour and salt . Add water and make medium thick batter.

Grease frying pan with little oil and heat it on slow flame .
Pour the batter and spread like thick pan cake , pour little oil on edges. When it's little done on one side then flip it.

On top spread pizza sauce then add veggies and paneer or soya . Sprinkle some oragano, chilli flakes and cheese on top and cover with lid and cook until other side of pancake completely done and cheese melt .
Serve in a plate and enjoy. . .

3.Non fried dahi vada ( made in appam Patra)

I never had onion tomato curry. When chef kunal shared this recipe I was very curious about it's taste and believe me it is really amazing curry. Me and my family enjoyed it .

It's almost 11 months I waited for kala jamun. I couldn't find it at Indian store last summer .
My husband had to go back home because of some emergency and he came back with lots of summer fruits which we barely get here .
So after long waiting I got kala jamun and I really wanted to try chefkunal's kala khatta sharbat recipe .
