Ingredients
Ripe big tomatoes 6 to7 ( preferably vine or big plum tomatoes)
Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Sugar 2.1/2 tablespoons (adjust as per your taste)

For tempering
Ghee 1 tbsp
2 cloves
2 pieces of cinnamon
2 star anise
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/8 tsp hing (asafoetida)
Few curry leaves

Hand full of fresh coriander leaves chopped

Boil tomatoes in pressure cooker ( 3 whistles)
Remove skin and crush with hand blander until smooth puree. Strain it and add in a pan. Add water as required ( around half glass)
Add chilli paste , grated ginger, salt and sugar. Let it boil , cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Take ghee in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon, star anise, cumin seeds and hing . When cumin start crackling add curry leaves and add flavourful tempering in kadhi . Boil more for 2 minutes , sprinkle fresh coriander and kadhi is ready . Serve it with steamed rice.

Broccoli palakh muthiya Ingredients 1/2 bowl bajra flour, 1/2 bowl jowar flour, 1/2 bowl ragi flour, 1/4 gram flour, 1/4 bowl wheat flour, 1/4 bowl soya flour. ( you can take your choice of flour) 1 bowl grated broccoli 1bowl crushed spinach Salt 1/4 tsp soda by carb 5spoon oil 1/2 bowl yogurt 1/4tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp hing 5 spoon sugar 1 tbsps garlic paste 1 spoon chilli paste 1/4 tsp carom seeds 1tbsp sesame seeds For tempering Oil 5 spoon Mustard cumin mix 1tsp Garlic chopped 1tbsp 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional) 1 tbsp sesame seeds Take all flours in a bowl , add oil , soda by carb, salt and mix well. Now add turmeric powder, hing ( asafoetida) sugar yogurt,broccoli, spinach,carom seeds, sesame seeds and make a soft dough. You don’t need water to make dough. Make muthiya from dough and steam in steamer for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool down for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut it in pieces. Heat oil in a pan , add mustard cumin mix, add garlic and cook until golden brown. Now add sesame seeds and add muthiya pieces. Mix well and serve it with yogurt or ketchup or garmagaram chai .

Do watch my easy peasy palakh paneer recipe. Ingredients Oil 2 tsp + 4 tbsp 1 medium onion sliced 400g spinach 2 green chilli 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 250g paneer cut in cubes Salt Few drops of lemon juice 1/4tsp garam masala Water as per needed Heat 2tsp oil in a pan add sliced onion and green chilli cook until onion become translucent. Add washed spinach, cover and cook until spinach cook well( half cooked spinach gives little bitter taste ) let it cool completely, grind it with little water and make puree. Cut paneer in cubes, sallow fry in oil until it become golden brown and keep a side. In same oil add ginger garlic paste, little chilli paste if needed and saute for few seconds. Add spinach puree , add water as per needed. Now add salt , garam masala and lemon juice. Cover it and cook for 3 to 4minutes. Now add fried paneer and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes. You nicely green palakh paneer curry is ready to serve. After having lots of undhiyu, puri and chikki we all need comforting food. I am sharing here my own khatti METHI MATAR kadhi recipe. So comforting and satisfying , perfectly go with khichadi and jawar or bajri rotla. Ingredients Oil 3tsp Cumin and mustard 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Methi leaves 100g chopped and washed Matar(peas) 150g Chilli powder 1tsp Turmeric powder 1/2tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Sour yogurt 200g Gram flour 2 tbsp 1 and 1/2 glass water For tempting 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Pinch of hing ( optional) 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 3 to 4 garlic cloves chopped Heat up oil in a pan , add cumin mustard seeds and let it splatter. Add pinch of hing( optional) add ginger garlic paste , saute for few seconds. Now add methi leaves and matar( peas) , add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it , cover it and let it cook. ( it will take 4 to 5 minutes) Add yogurt in a bowl ( make sure it’s sour to get perfect taste) add gram flour and mix properly, add 1 and 1/2 glass water or as required. Add this mixture in methi matar mix and stir it continuously, it will become thick in few minutes. Adjust salt if required. If consistency is too thick , you can add more water as required. Boil it for more 5 minutes. For tempering take oil in a pan , add cumin seed and let it splatter, add chopped garlic and hing and saute until garlic becomes golden brown, switch off the gas and add chilli powder, quickly mix it and add in kadhi. Flavourful and tasty khatti kadhi is ready . Serve it with khichdi , rotla or rice . Raw mango season is near . you can make this tempting rice very quickly if you have already cooked rice . 3tsp oil 1/4 tsp mustard 1/4 tsp cumin pinch of asafoetida 1tsp black gram 6 to 8 curry leaves handful of peanuts pinch of turmeric salt to taste raw mango grated 2 tasp gree chilli paste as per your taste. cooked rice 3 cups recipe :- heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin and asafoetida , let mustard crackled . Add peanut and black gram and cook it until become golden brown .Add curry leaves , chilli paste , turmeric and salt and mix it . Add grated raw mango mix it and cover for a minute to cook mango. Add cooked rice and mix it well cover for 30 seconds ,your tangy and tempting rice is ready to serve .
