It took several months of digging & plumbing, more than 100 original artworks and dozens of volunteers to bring this life changing permanent water system to 1,325 people in the Manyalane community.

Reposted • Sneak peek at the deck for fundraising Sydney exhibition on August 31 at with the aim to provide clean water systems to Eswatini (Swaziland) Southern East Africa. MOSS have been powering this initiative for a while now, with 100% funds raised donated, they are doing their bit to make the world a better place.

Wherever possible, we seek to make an impact on our local community and beyond.

This cycle, we are thrilled to be collaborating with Lilima Montessori High in Eswatini, Africa, through an exchange of beats, voices, instruments, and rhythms.🪘🥁🪇

Learners will guide the project, choosing from a wide menu of ideas that include collaborative songwriting using traditional Eswatini and Catalan songs, creating cross-cultural duets, cultural exchange lessons in dance, and shooting music videos. 📹💃🏻

Posted • CLAUSURA > El pròxim dijous 21 de 18:30h a 20:30h ens trobarem amb molts dels artistes que han participat a “MOSS Skate Art Exhibition”, una exposició on participen 90 artistes, procedents de 20 països diferents.

La subhasta online de les obres exposades, encara en actiu (LINK A LA NOSTRA BIO), contribuirà a crear instal·lacions d’aigua potable, de baixa tecnologia i alimentades per gravetat per a eSwatini, al sud d’Àfrica.

Inauguración de la muestra «Moss Skate Deck Art Show» en Palo Alto Barcelona.

Una subasta benéfica de skate solidarios para obtener agua potable en comunidades de Esuatini en el que participan un centenar de artistas que personalizan sus tablas hasta límites insospechados.

Ya están disponibles en subasta (y como la muestra) será hasta el 26 de marzo.

Una iniciativa que se mueve por todo el mundo, y que ahora ha aterrizado en Barcelona.

International Women’s Day is time to celebrate what we do all year.

Thanks to the generosity of our MOSS supporters, together we are making a real meaningful difference for women and girls in Eswatini, Africa.

Clean water means girls have more time to go to school rather than carrying water for their families.

Training in practical plumbing skills not only ensures women are able to maintain and repair their clean water system, but gives them a strong sense of ownership and empowerment.

Clean water also empowers women with opportunities to make more of their lives, like learning permaculture, growing crops for healthy food, and maybe having enough left over to sell at the market – and perhaps earn enough money to buy some bread, as one woman told me.

Thanks again to all the artists, bidders, volunteers and sponsors that make all this possible. 🛹🎨💧💙

Honoring Grandma’s Legacy 🌹
