Zamani Primary School thanks MOSS supporters! August 2023 Following a thank you ceremony put on by Zamani Primary School, MOSS Foundation recently funded a food crop garden to help feed the students, who are also learning agriculture! Before MOSS, these kids had to spend much of their school time collecting water in buckets from 2 kilometres away. The MOSS partnership with Zamani began in 2019 when construction commenced on the water system. It was built by the Zamani Community and MOSS Foundation, with 1/3 of the funds donated by the Rotary Club of Mbuluzi, one of only two Rotary Clubs in Eswatini (there are 1,100 clubs in Australia). The system includes a sand dam, filtration tank and 4,000 metres of trenches hand dug by the Zamani Community.
