Are you ready for your New Year’s resolutions? 🤔

That’s fantastic if you are jumping into a new workout routine, new eating habits or doing a blend of something like this to improve your body’s internal environment. 🫀🥗

In addition, what about also improving your external environment? 💡

Let’s dust off those cobwebs, clean out those closets, organize those dreadful piles of clothes we’ve been avoiding. 🧼🪣

January is the perfect month to clean & reset our living environment with a clean slate and maybe make one or more of these tasks a habit moving forward into our lives. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you for giving me the idea to add protein mix into my coffee! 🩷☕️💪🏼
I stopped drinking coffee about two months ago for about that amount of time and recently started slowly incorporating it back into my routine. My rule of thumb is, I need to balance my coffee-water ratio if I’m going to be consistent with ☕️ I have to be consistent with H20 too.

For the past 3 years my complexion has gone through some changes for multiple reasons. Suffering with chronic stress and internal factors are a few reasons that has affected my biological adaptations in my 30’s that weren’t factors in my 20’s.

I was officially diagnosed with rosacea two years ago and straight up, I felt ugly and insecure like I’m a human tomato face. 🍅 I had to quit drinking coffee (a trigger for rosacea flare ups) which made me REALLY sad. I allowed my insecurities up until recently, to get the best of me and avoided showing my face online unless I had foundation on or used filters.

My point is, I’ve learned to change my mindset and enjoy this diagnosis as a fun science experiment in testing and eliminating toxic factors in my life that causes these redness flare ups. 🤓🗒️

I’ve always looked younger than my actual age and took advantage of the youth in my 20’s to now appreciate the beauty in the aging process that we ALL go through in life and embrace the obstacles that comes with it. There is no cure for rosacea but with the help of medicated lotion & tapping into my internal scientist mindset 👩🏻‍🔬 I get to minimize and control my redness and be grateful that I don’t need to have a certain color in my skin to feel beautiful. 🌷

✨So I created something for us! 😃✨
Starting Monday, July 31st I’m beginning a push up journey that takes LESS THAN 5 MINUTES out of our day! ⏱️
Upper body strength has always been my biggest defeat in strength so I’m stepping up to the plate and making it fun to challenge myself and document my progress. 💪🏼
I want you to join me so we can keep each other accountable while enjoying the struggles, literally! 😆🏋🏻‍♀️ It’s only one push up variation each day so you can incorporate it into your current workout regiment! 🙌🏼

Here’s the plan:
✅Document your measurements before you start
✅We start with 10 push ups Week 1 of each variation
✅Track how many sets you do for your skill level
✅ Increase the reps each week
✅ Measurements check in on Sept 4th
