🫧Clean & Reset Challenge🧼 Jan 1st 2024: Wash Bed Sheets 💡Fun fact: Our body temperature naturally lowers a few degrees when we fall asleep and it’s recommended to sleep in cool temperature settings… I tend to keep my body temperature up with my heater and multiple blankets to feel comfortable for sleep 🥵😅 only during winter season.
