Choose HAPPY! not crappy

I’m a Yoga and Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Reiki Master, and Holistic Cancer Coach, who has beaten Esophageal Cancer Twice! For sure, I have learned how to choose HAPPY! and let go of the crappy.

My passion is to build a massive army of health and happiness. A place that we can all find some peace, calm, and support. My mission is to bring all that I have learned to you.

I’ve become quite the mindfulness nerd and love to teach lessons on mindfulness, movement, and meditation. When we are balanced in mind, body, and spirit, life gets really, really good. I look forward to sharing the many lessons that I have learned with you.
