This is my professional page for personal training, daily motivation and supplementation. The supplements i use are 1st phorm supplements, i workout at Anytime Fitness in McMurray, PA and i have my Personal Training Certification through ACE. i will answer any questions you have and will post at the very least once a week.

Love the person you have become or are trying to become. 5 years ago I would have never guessed I would be where I am today, working where I am working, looking the way I look, or being involved with the company I am. I love supplements, fitness, archery and the place I am from. Nothing will change that. No matter how much my physical appearance changes I will always remain the same inside

When you STOP telling yourself you CAN'T you truly find out that you CAN.

As I progress in my journey to step on stage I am realizing that the only person who can hold you back is you. I always stop myself from pushing the limits and taking a risk. Today I wanted 355 for squats and damn it I got it.

First video is 335- could have went for 2
Second video was 355- and one felt good

If you have never tried these you need too. They work on stability, strength, and help with sticking points in your bench.

This is called a Floor Press
* start in a squat rack
*lay on the floor with your legs flat on the groud
* lift up the bar and as soon as your triceps hit the ground press back up.

These will be difficult the first rep then your body will adjust to the stopping point.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to work back and biceps with wray. It was a great opportunity to lift with someone that could keep up with me in weight and intensity. Great workout partner and awesome dude. Thanks again for inviting me out buddy.

Before 2015 ended I told myself I would hit 405 dead lifts and damn it I did it on New Year's Eve! 400 lbs was easy so going to go for reps this week. Shooting high for 2016 and I want 600 lbs

Just wanted to let everyone who follows me on here and social media in general that I will not be posting videos of workouts this week. For some Weird reason I hurt my shoulder and it is incredibly hard for me to lift any weight.

Leg day! This is from last week and I'm going to try to go heavier today. When doing squats try and go as deep as possible while holding proper form.
Proper form is having your back straight, looking up and making sure your knees don't go past your toes. Start off light and work your way up. I can squat a lot more than this but not to this depth with that weight. Give these a try in your next workout.

When I was in high school my name was used when you thought of the fat kid that hung out with his older brother and his friends. I was tired of being the fat kid so I changed myself and worked my ass off. I changed the way people knew me and I won't stop until I'm known as the hard working, helpful, kind and knowledgable person.

I have had a lot of questions about how to eat right and take protein while in college if they do not have access to a sink to clean out their shakers so here it is!

Step 1. Get a water bottle
Step 2. Make a paper funnel
Step 3. Pour supplement in that bottle.
Step 4. Shake and enjoy your gains!!

After you finish your shake just throw the bottle away and grab another bottle. Depending on where you live a case of water can cost $8 not a bad deal.

I used my phormula-1 and ignition this picture after my workout. Phormula-1 is a whey protein isolate which is easier for the body to break down and help repair your muscles after a workout and when mixed with ignition spikes your insulin and replenishes your glycogen stores. A meal replacement protein like level-1 can also be used.

It's not always about setting a new personal record, doing the most weight, or even crushing the weight and always succeeding. Social media allows us to only show the good moments but we don't always do well... Sometimes we fall, sometimes we fail. You have to get your ass back up and keep trying. Sadly I only did 2 plates for incline press on the hammer strength but it's a work in progress. New gym means new opportunities.

Recently I have been all about alternating dumbbell exercises and these will really burn you out. The weight is going to be a little lighter but focus on the contractions and about keeping your opposite arm as stable as possible.

New year new things to come. Doing videos with big people on youtube, doing more lifting videos, doing competitions this year and training harder.
